How can I sync my Webmail calendar to my Android smartphone with CalDAV?

The Android operating system does not support CalDAV sync using the built-in Calendar application, however a number of third-party applications are available. The CalDAV URL you would need to use is: 

http://www.yourdomain.com:8008/calendars/email@domain.com/calendar/ 

Where email@domain.com is your email address.
