My extra FTP account does not seem to work with PHP scripts.

Most scripts should wirk with all users that are set up to access via FTP, as all FTP users on a hosting account have the same user ID number, however our servers may not support all CGI or PHP scripts running on extra FTP accounts due to file ownership restrictions on these files. This is done to ensure the security of the servers for the benefit of all customers.

If you do have trouble with this, contact our support team and they can check on the issue and may be able to help get it working for you.
